Cancellation & Refund Policies
Membership Meeting Refund Policy
Western St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce Membership Meeting fees are refundable only if a cancellation notice is received by the Chamber 72 hours in advance of the event date via phone, email, or in person. Attendees, who register, but do not attend, will be invoiced as if they event was attended. Attendees who cancel after the reservation deadline will be invoiced and help responsible for the event fee. However, in case of unusual or unavoidable circumstances, Chamber staff may provide credit toward future events or refund, with each request being determined on a case-by-case basis.
Special Event Refund Policy
Refund deadlines will vary for WSCC Special Events. Those includes, but not limited to, Celebration Ball, Taste of the County, Golf Tournament, Trivia Night, End of Summer Bash, Mystery Dinner Theater, and Trunk-or-Treat. Please refer to the event’s webpage for more deadline information. We have deadlines due to commitments to our vendors for special events. Membership Dues Refund Policy
Payment for Membership Dues at the Western St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce are due at the time of application or at the beginning of each member’s renewal month. Membership dues are not refundable.
Sponsorship, Billboards, & Other Services
The Western St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce does not offer refunds on any sponsorships, billboards, or publication purchases. Sponsorship Trades and Email Blast will only be applied for the of year purchase and cannot be transferred to the next year. Chamber Staff may provide a credit towards future events, with each request being determined on a case-by-case basis.
Personalized Payment Plan
It is the policy of the Western St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce to require a credit card on file for the members who set up a Personalized Payment Plan. The card will be charged on predetermined date(s) agreed upon by both parties. The member will be notified via email before credit card is charged.
Event Cancellation by WSCC Chamber of Commerce
The Western St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to cancel a program/event due to low attendance, inclement weather or other circumstances which wound make the program/event non-viable including, but not limited to nature, acts of war, governmental emergency, labor strike, or destruction of facilities. If the WSCC Chamber cancels the program/event, registrants will be issued a full refund back to the original payment method. If the registrant paid by credit/debit car more than 10 days prior to the program/event cancellation, a check will be issued instead.
Should circumstances arises that result in the postponement of a program/event, registrations for the original program/event date, registrants will be issued a full refund back to the original payment method. Email Blast Policy
The Western St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce only allows one Email Blast per membership, per month. A Test Email Blast will be sent to the respective business contact person for approval before being sent to the membership. The Email Blast will not be sent out till approval of the Test and payment is received. Email Blast will only be applied for the of year purchase and cannot be transferred to the next year.
Movie Nights Policy
Western St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce Movie Night fees are refundable only if a cancellation notice is received by the Chamber 72 hours in advance of the event date via phone, email, or in person.
