Biz Bits will occur on the first Tuesday of every month on Zoom from 8:30 – 9:00 AM. This month’s topic is over the Value of Diversity in Business with special guest Rhonda Gray.
More about this month’s speaker: Rhonda Gray is a Business Performance Advisor with Insperity. Prior to joining Insperity, she was an Executive Search Consultant with Collaborative Strategies, Inc. Rhonda, the former Executive Director of Almost Home, a local nonprofit which provides transitional housing for homeless teenage mothers and their children. She’s also worked as a Community Investment Manager at the United Way of Greater St. Louis and has served as a consultant with an organization that partnered with the St. Louis Public Schools to improve the quality of education for students in St. Louis city.
Rhonda has been recognized for her extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, communications and marketing, and strategic planning. She frequently serves as a keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, and trainer for corporate, academic, and nonprofit organizations. Rhonda’s insights about individual, social, and organizational change have grown out of her years of working with organizations dedicated to education reform, literacy, and community and workforce development. She is passionate about supporting work that elevates and uplifts African American girls and women. She has served as a mentor and volunteers on several communities and educational advisory boards.
