Traffic Committee
The Traffic Committee plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of people and goods within our community then updating the WSCC Chamber Membership. Staying proactive and engaged, the Traffic Committee helps to enhance the quality of the life for residents and businesses by ensuring that our transportation infrastructure meets the growing needs of our community.
The Traffic Committee is responsible for:
- Monitoring Road Construction: Keeping a close watch on updates from the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) to stay informed about ongoing and upcoming road construction projects that may impact our community.
- Promoting Transportation Solutions: Identifying and advocating for innovative transportation solutions that can alleviate current traffic congestion and improve the overall flow of traffic.
- Encouraging Long-Term Planning: Collaborating with local authorities and stakeholders to support long-term traffic planning initiatives that aim to create a sustainable and efficient transportation network for the future.
