EVENT SCHEDULE:
- 4:00 – 5:00 PM – Exhibitor & WSCC Chamber Member Only Networking
- 5:00 – 7:00 PM – Expo is Open to the Public
EVENT REQUIREMENTS & DETAILS:
- Must be a WSCC Chamber Member to be a Sponsor
- Sponsors/Vendors/Exhibitors are REQUIRED to create their own activity/demo/giveaway. Please submit this (in 1-4 sentences) to Belle Miller at belle@gowscc.com to be added to the program. The description may be modified to fit the space allotted in the Program. Must be submitted by Thursday, April 27th, at noon to be included in the program.
- All Sponsors/Vendors/Exhibitors will receive an opportunity to create a 30-second promotional video for the Chamber to share on social media.
- If your company is hiring, you may indicate this on your Registration form. It will be added to the program to indicate that attendees may stop by your booth for more information.
- Sponsors/Vendors/Exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own supplies.
- May sell products and hand out promotional items/materials.
- Businesses who can provide 100-150 samples of their best food/drink to get their booth fee waived (must provide a copy of Food Service Licenses). THIS OPTION IS AVAILABLE TO ONLY 10 VENDORS.
- Booth space is on a first-come, first-served basis.
