Special/Annual Event Refund Policy:
Refund deadline will vary for WSCC Special/Annual Events. We have deadlines due to commitments to our vendors for special events. The deadline for the 2026 Annual Golf Tournament is Monday, April 27, 2026, at Noon. Attendees, who register, but do not attend, will be invoiced as if the event was attended. Attendees who cancel after the reservation deadline will be invoiced and held responsible for the event fee. However, in case of unusual or unavoidable circumstances, Chamber staff may provide credit toward future events or refund, with each request being determined on a case-by-case basis.
Annual Golf Tournament Drink & Snack Cart Sponsorship Policy
To ensure fairness and provide equitable access to high-demand sponsorship opportunities, the Western St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce maintains the following policy regarding Drink Cart and Snack Cart Sponsorships at the Annual Golf Tournament. These sponsorships are limited in quantity and highly sought after; therefore, no Drink Cart or Snack Cart Sponsorship is guaranteed, reserved, or owned by any business from year to year, regardless of past participation. Participation in past events or sponsorships does not guarantee future availability of the same opportunity.
A member business may not hold the same Drink Cart or Snack Cart Sponsorship in two consecutive calendar years. This rotation is intended to allow additional Chamber members the opportunity for visibility and engagement at this event. Businesses interested in sponsoring a cart in consecutive years may request to be placed on a wait list. If a cart sponsorship becomes available due to a cancellation, the Chamber may offer the opportunity to a wait-listed business at its discretion. If selected, that sponsorship will count toward the annual rotation, and the business will not be eligible to hold the same cart sponsorship the following calendar year.
All cart sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-served basis once sales officially open, provided the business is a member in good standing at the time of purchase. The Chamber reserves the right to limit, reassign, or revoke sponsorships as needed to ensure fairness, operational efficiency, and the best interest of the membership as a whole. This policy applies solely to the Annual Golf Tournament Drink and Snack Cart Sponsorships and does not impact other limited-quantity sponsorships that are tied to event logistics, trade agreements, or long-term partnerships unless otherwise stated.
Event Cancellation by WSCC Chamber of Commerce:
The Western St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to cancel a program/event due to low attendance, inclement weather, or other circumstances which would make the program/event non-viable, including, but not limited to nature, acts of war, governmental emergency, labor strike, or destruction of facilities. If the WSCC Chamber cancels the program/event, registrants will be issued a full refund back to the original payment method. If the registrant paid by credit/debit card more than 10 days prior to the program/event cancellation, a check will be issued instead.
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of a program/event, registrations for the original program/event will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled date, and registrants will be contacted. Should the registrants be unable to attend the rescheduled program/event date, the registrants will be issued a full refund back to the original payment method. If the registrant paid by credit/debit card more than 10 days prior to the program/event cancellation, a check will be issued instead.
