Host a WSCC Chamber Family Night! This event is a monthly networking event for members of the Western St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce and their families/friends/employees/guests. This is a great opportunity for you and your business to network with other business representatives in the area. At these events, new connections can be made to build professional relationships.
The dates & times vary but both the Business & and the WSCC Chamber must agree on them. Each Chamber Family Night event is co-hosted by the business and the Western St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce.
Business Host Benefits
It is easy and cost-effective to co-host one of the Chamber Family Night events. Secure the month in which you would like from what is currently available by contacting the Chamber. Please let us know if you would like to provide a discount to members who attend the event (optional).
- The perfect way to showcase your business and distribute information about the products and services you offer.
- Publicity will take place to include your logo – through ‘Top 5 Things to Know’ Weekly Newsletter, Chamber website, General Membership Meeting, and Chamber Facebook page.
Chamber Responsibilities
- Send invitations to all WSCC Chamber members and encourage attendance
- Announce event at other WSCC Chamber events
- Coordinate efforts of registration and provide a headcount to the co-host
Business Host Responsibilities
- Prepare for the possibility of 25 – 40 people – adequate parking, etc.
- You can go as elaborate as you would like on the food and drink for the event. If you need assistance with this, please let the Western St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce know in advance.
- You are encouraged to publicize and share the event – make personal contact with area businesses to encourage them to attend.
- Encourage your business to offer a discount to members who attend. This is at the discretion of the business and is optional.
