Morning Meet-Up occurs on the last Friday of each month from 8:30 – 9:30 AM at your business location. Expect for November and December, where the event occurs on the first Friday due to the holidays. (If your business has no physical location, you can use the WSCC Chamber Conference Room for FREE).

The WSCC Chamber uses our Morning Meet-Ups as a way to highlight one of our member’s businesses each month, along with providing a networking opportunity to those who attend.

A host of Morning Meet-Ups MUST provide a light breakfast and a beverage.

The Morning Meet-Up event is a monthly networking event for the Western St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce members. This is an excellent opportunity for you and your business to network with other business representatives in the area. At these events, new connections can be made to build professional relationships.

Morning Meet-Ups are held on the last Friday of every month, except for November and December where the event is moved to the first Friday due to the holidays. The event takes place between times of 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM (there are no exceptions for time and date). Each Morning Meet-Up is co-hosted by the business and the Western St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce.  The hosting business MUST provide a light breakfast and beverage (such as coffee) for the members in attendance.

Business Host Benefits

It is easy and cost-effective to co-host one of the 12 Morning Meet-Up events. Secure the month in which you would like to co-host from what is currently available by contacting the WSCC Chamber.

  1. Perfect way to showcase your business and distribute information about the products and services you offer
  2. The co-host will have the opportunity to address the group for a short presentation about your business
  3. Publicity will take place to include your logo – through the ‘Top 5 Things to Know’ Weekly Newsletters, Chamber website, General Membership Meeting presentation, and Chamber Facebook page

Chamber Responsibilities

  1. Send invitations to all Chamber members and encourage attendance
  2. Announce event at other WSCC Chamber event
  3. Coordinate efforts of registration and provide a headcount to the co-host (if needed)

Business Host Responsibilities

  1. Prepare for the possibility of 25-30 people – adequate parking, etc.
  2. You can go as elaborate as you would like on the food and drink for the event
  3. YOu are encouraged to publicize and share the event – make personal contact with area businesses to encourage them to attend
