Each sponsorship package provides visibility at a minimum of two annual events per season, along with additional benefits such as Movie Night Sponsorship and your company logo featured on the WSCC Chamber website with a clickable link, among other perks. Deadline to Purchase & Pay for Each Seasonal Sponsorship:

  • Yearly & Winter Season: Friday, January 31, 2025 at Noon
  • Spring Season: Friday, April 25, 2025 at Noon
  • Summer Season: Friday, July 11, 2025 at Noon
  • Fall Season: Thursday, October 9, 2025 at Noon

2025 Seasonal Sponsorship Policy: 

  • Payment must be received for the business to be listed as a Seasonal Sponsor.
  • Each Season’s Email Blast will expire at the end of each quarter/season. The additional Email Blast included in the Yearly Seasonal Sponsorship will expire on December 31, 2025.
  • Businesses must confirm Booth Space, Truck Space, etc., that is included in respective Seasonal Sponsorship by the Special Event Deadline.
