Deadline to Purchase & Pay for Each Seasonal Sponsorship:
- Yearly & Winter Season: Friday, February 13, 2026 at Noon
- Spring Season: Friday, April 27, 2026 at Noon
- Summer Season: Friday, August 14, 2026 at Noon
- Fall Season: Thursday, October 8, 2026 at Noon
2026 Seasonal Sponsorship Policy:
- Payment must be received for the business to be listed as a Seasonal Sponsor.
- The two Email Blasts MUST be used in 2026. The 1st Email Blast must be used between January and June 2026, and the 2nd Email Blast must be used between July and October 2026.
- Businesses must confirm Booth Space, Truck Space, etc., that is included in the respective Seasonal Sponsorship by the Special Event Deadline.
- Any Movie Night ads must be sent to Belle Miller (at belle@gowscc.com) no later than a week before a Movie Night w/WSCC event is set to occur.
