Welcome to our 2023 Annual Report — and what an action-packed year it was, not just for the EDC but for the entire St. Charles County community.
From celebrating our small business incubator’s 30th anniversary to the incredible announcement that the MotorTrend Truck of the Year is made right here in St. Charles County, it was a year full of celebration-worthy events and exciting news. And did I mention the County set yet another record major development record, with a whopping 7.2 million SF of projects 20,000 SF or higher?
